Brian Russell successfully prosecutes in death by dangerous driving trial

Brian Russell successfully prosecuted Thomas Sherwood, convicted after trial of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving & causing serious injury by dangerous driving. Sherwood was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment and also disqualified from driving or 14 years and until an extended re-test has been passed.
